Their technician Alan came by to work on a shower drain with standing water. Pleasant chap: clean, and professional-he listened. Didn't make me feel like he was rushing to get to the next appt. Even took a look at the toilet in the 2nd bathroom (which did not have drainage issues) and gave helpful and useful information. Definitely recommend CSR Plumbing along with many other customers who have used their services.

Ryan came over to figure out the issue with a toilet that has just never flushed quite right. He was friendly and professional. He assessed the situation and then clearly explained exactly what steps he wanted to take to problem-solve and what costs would be associated with each step. In the end, we needed a new toilet (the old one was a low-quality brand), and Ryan took care of everything. Plus, the cost of the trouble-shooting was folded into the replacement cost, so what was paid was extremely reasonable and less than I expected. At the end of the service, the installation was perfect and the work area was sparkling clean. Thanks for the great service, Ryan!

Fully deserves 5 stars. Customer service was great from the first call. They fit us into their schedule the next day and Jose was fantastic! He was professional and personable. He provided me great tips for maintaining our plumbing and fixtures. I was super impressed overall and they are reasonable priced. They addressed a major plug in our kitchen sink, installed a kitchen faucet and set two toilets with new rings, which by the way got rid of the smell in our bathroom on hot days. Highly recommend.

We cannot say enough good things about Core Plumbing (family owned). The above mentioned were the technicians who worked on our 6-hour job and finished in 1 day. This was not planned but they made it happen on the day of the appointment!
Don had my list of what we wanted done per my scheduling online. It was easy and very professional. I showed him what I wanted done. He wrote up a quote and let him know we needed it done that day. They were going to try but it may take 2 days for the below to happen. I was not happy since I already had all the hardware to install except the water heater which they provided. We agreed on quote.

- Installed 2 Master Bathroom Faucets
One van showed up, then another, and another! It looked like we had a water heater emergency, but it was not. And somehow, they pulled Greg, Cody, Eli, Irvin, and Tony together to work on the job.
Greg & Cody on the water heater, Irvin & Eli on the master bathroom faucets which they had to replace piping/angles. Of course, one pipe got really stuck. What a mess. And 1 technician Tony who installed the garbage disposal. I apologize if I got some of the names wrong. There were a lot of technicians working!
I was overly impressed with the professionalism, detailed to their work, cleanliness, and support (teamwork) from one another to get this job done right. They were all trained to follow the companies work ethics and do their jobs 110%. Also, they gave us helpful suggestions on keeping things working for a longer time.
Cleanliness was a big factor I look for with companies. They all wore booties in the house and before detaching the old garbage disposal/faucets they put down a cloth and pan. After they vacuumed/wiped down areas they worked in.
Everything works and is now fixed in one day. Happy household!

Ordered shower door from home depot.  They recommended5 star plumbing for installation. When 5 star arrived they did not know how to instal it. Drilled the holes bigger than what the hardwear that came with.  Than they shattered the door.  I had to order a new one.  Once arrived they showes up made more wholes in the brand new renovated bathroom wich i have marble all over top to bottom.  So they made more holes in the marble and said oh we cannt do it the owner said it is a liability.  And left.  So i have holes in the marble and no shower door.  Tryed to call the owner to see if they are going to fix the holes they maid.  Left a message no answer.  Called few more times no answer. I would not call them and use them ever.  On there truck it said work guarantee.

Our AC was not working properly and the owner showed up (mask on) on very short notice and replaced a part on our AC unit. He also advised that another part would likely have to be replaced shortly but did not pressure us to do so. The company was honest and the pricing was fair.

Our remodel project turned in to a nightmare and had to bring in a plumber to replace some water values and hook back up the sink after our new cabinets were put in.

We are new to the area and I didn't know who to call. Found these guys on Yelp and I had a very similar experience to the other reviews. Manny was great to work with. We live in an HOA so he came out and gave a quote and we choose a day where we could give notice at the complex. He was here early and got the work done quick, right on estimate. I will be using them again in the future if I need other work done.

These guys saved the day! I'm so excited I just bought my first washer and dryer and soon realized that the wall hook up was in the wrong spot. My brother recommended Community Plumbing and they were absolutely amazing! I've never had a plumber be so honest and give an accurate estimate. I'm now washing and drying up a storm!

My toilet sprung a leak in the back yesterday and I just couldn't figure out how to stop the water from flowing out onto the floor. I didn't want to make matters worse and didn't want any major damage to occur so I contacted Eastlake Plumbing, they assigned me a technician right away, and they were able to come by the house much sooner than I had anticipated. Daniel was great! He was kind and empathetic to my situation over the phone. Upon arrival, he practiced COVID safety measures; wearing a mask, gloves, and even shoe covers when walking around the house. Even when he needed to go back to his van to get some supplies, he would respectfully take on and off the shoe covers so that he does not track dirt in the house. Some people don't think about that. He was able to fix the leak coming from the toilet and I very much appreciated the professionalism in educating me on what was going on. I would definitely recommend Eastlake Plumbing to anyone and thank you again Daniel for being an awesome technician!

I also forgot to mention the work Daniel did was so clean looking, much better than the previous setup that was there. He also left his workspace better than when he had arrived. Thank you again!

Kelley is very accomodating. She came to fix things both on the apartment that im moving out from and the condo im moving into (about 20 min drive) all in the same day.  She also has no problem when i added more things as i remember or see it around my condo.

She is very professional. She works quietly and fast. She is  respectful of our new home, by  being careful of not breaking, scratching and slamming things around and cleaning after herself.

She works competently. She ask important questions, measures, assess what needed to be done and then installs or fix things with proper tools. Her work is solid and not flimsy. I even asked her how she fixed it and she gladly explains.

I've had a great experience with Troy plumbing every time I've had them do work for me. I've had them install a sink and toilet for me. Also fix a garbage disposal and drain as well. My Redfin agent recommended Plumbing Tree when we had plumbing issues only 24 hours after moving in to our new house. Miguel was super helpful on the phone and sent a plumber to the house within two hours of speaking with me. The kitchen sink was backing up and the dirty water was back flowing in to the washer machine in the adjacent garage. Water was also leaking out of the pipes on to the garage floor. The bathtub was super slow to drain and the water pressure was low. Ultimately, Angel was able to fix all the issues we were encountering. Best of all, Plumbing Tree was extremely reasonable with their pricing, made sure we were 100% satisfied, and put a 6-month warranty on their work. I've already recommended Plumbing Tree to two friends that are in escrow. I plan to use them again in the future to install a new sewer cleanout as well.

Would highly recommend. Hector was extremely friendly, pleasant and took full precautions while inside our home during Covid. Our plumbing issues were a little more difficult than anticipated but he kept working until he got the job done. We will be using Team Rooter again and will recommend them to our friends and family.

Great, same-day, service on an attic water line leak.  Jessica was really helpful and friendly, even at 8:00 in the morning, and Tony and Chad did a really fine, efficient job of remedying the problem.  Referral came from James at Encinitas Plumbing (when he could not come out on such short notice) and I appreciated his willingness to offer his input and direction.

Genuinely great plumbing from Burtech. We had a somewhat painful to replace bathtub faucet, which required a couple of visits (a visit to remove the old one, then some tile work in between, then a return visit to install the new one). Jaime from Burtech Plumbing provided top-notch service and was a pleasure to have in our home. Nice guy, knowledgeable, extremely capable and definitely someone we'll call on for future needs. Feels good to have a plumber you can count on!
